Blured Vision

I am a 50 year old male who is nearsighted ( Correction -12.0) and who has had retinal surgery for retinal deattachment 25 years ago.
My present problem is blurred vision in the central field of vision of my right eye.
Standard opthalmological exams were normal. Visual fields were normal. Photographs of retina with dye were normal.
A MR(I showed a 5 cm. subarachnoid cyst on my left fromtal temporal lobe. A neurosurgeon and neuro-opthalmologist
stated that the cyst was not affecting any structures involving vision.
No blockages or bleeds were noticed on the MRI. Blood test concerning clotting and coagulation factors were normal.
Blood tests for inflamatory and auto-immune disease were normal. No trace of a cataract was found. In addition to
the blurred vision, I have a lower perception of light in my right eye than in my left.
Also, a neurologist ran evoked response tests for my sight, hearing, and motor functioning. All were normal.
My question is what could be the problem. Please respond to my e-mail at ***@****.
