Blurred vision after Toric IOL implant and posterior capsulotomy?

My mom is 65 and had cataract surgery with the implantation of a Toric IOL lens.  6 weeks after surgery she had the posterior capsulotomy performed due to blurry vision.  Now a week after that surgery, she still has blurry vision.  She is being sent for a second opinion to Wills Eye in Phila.  What could be the problem?  Thank you.

There are multiple possibilities.  Going to wills is not a bad idea.  She may have the lens at a different axis than ideal for her which may be giving her a little astigmatism.  The lens may also be uneven which could cause some abberation.  The cornea and retina may also need to be checked to make sure they are OK.

she also just told me if she blinks a few times her vision clears up momentarily, but then gets blurry again.  They did a green dye test for dry eye which they ruled out.
