Blurry eye post-op cataract sugery

I had Intraocular lens put in R eye on Nov.21/08.  Vision was excellent until Dec. 21/08.  Eye felt scratchy, like it feels if you have an eyelash in it.  It was slightly red.  Saw my surgeon on Dec. 23/08 and was put back on Maxidex OP 0.1% eye drops 2 x a day for two week because of inflammation.  I have been on them since the 23.  The reddness is impoving but the eye is still blurry.  I just wondered how long it should be before I see impovement. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Vision should return soon.  From the dosage of the Maxidex drops the inflammation is mild.  The redness is improving so the vision should return soon.
