Blurry vision after Lasik surgery

I had ILASIK 11 days back. I have blurry vision. My number was -7.5 in both eye with .5 cylinderical. I am 37 year old. I am able to read almost all the words ( except few words in very last line which has the smallest letter) what doctor asked while testing my eye number. But when I see outside, things at a distance are not clear. Is it normal? Will I be recovered soon?

1. It is still early.
2. Only your surgeon can tell
3. You obviously can see much better without glasses at distance than before and have benefited from the surgery.
4. Your myopia is on the upper level to correct fully with lasik. you may need glasses for some things like driving.

In Continuation to my earlier mail.
When I put Systane (an eye drop for lubrication which was suggested by my surgeion) drops in my eye. Things start looking better. But this remains until my eyes are wet.
Does this mean my eyes became dry due to ILaski and thats why I am not able to see clearly? or is there any other reason?
