Blurry vision? film over eye?

my eyesight is blurry & cloudy. its been this way for a few days now & hasnt gotten any better also it feels like i have a dry film over my eye when i blink or touch my eye it feels like thick dryed up liquid over the surface of my eye. maybe its possible dryed up mucus? and i forgot to mention i wear contacts and have been wearing them for long periods of time while rarely cleaning them.
