Blurry vision straight on - clears when I turn my head. What is this.

For the past several months I have noticed blurring of my left eye with looking straight.  When I turn my head or move my eye the blurriness seems to clear for a while but then recurs on and off all day every day.  I am very worried as I do not see out of my right eye and I do computer work on a daily basis.  Sometimes I have black spots floating.

I had a complete eye exam by an Ophthalmologist one year ago about the black spots and nothing untoward was found.  I was not having the blurr problem in my left eye at that time just the spots.

when i look to the far right corner and then look straight ahead I get this large blur spot that starts straight ahead when I finish my look and am looking straight ahead and then trails back to the right corner andout of site. when I look to the left and then back to center I see this tiny black dot that seems out in my field of vision not like a lfoater, which i have. The dot also moves off to left after i look from left to right. I also get this strange kind of lighting going off in the far right corner, when exercising or doing yard work.....all of this is with the right eye
