Bouncing Eyes

Recently I have been experiencing what I call bouncing eyes. Whenever I am running to get to a tennis ball or a pop fly ball, my eyes see the object as if it bounces all over, I sort of looks like the way a screw ball moves when a baseball pitches one. In stead of the ball moving in a straight line of flight, I see it bouncing left to right and up and down.

Why is this happening to me and what could it be?
