Bright spot in vision!

Today my eyes seem to have a bright light in the center of my vision. Almost like the effect on your eyes after somebody uses flash on the camera. It seems to be only one eye. It is starting to bother me because it is hard to watch tv or talk to people because it covers half their  face... Before this occured today, I have recently been to the Opthymologist and he says my vision is 20/20. Dose anybody know what this could be? It has been happening for over 10 hours now. Oh I did start a new medicine called Pristiq 2.5 weeks ago and that is not one of the side effects. Thanks :)

I have this too - mine is a purplish  camera flash effect. Maybe an ociular migraine, that is what they tell me.
