Brown Sclera

Hi All,

I have attached a pic for you to view....

I believe that what I have is PAM (Primary Acquired Melanosis), due to the amount of brown pigmentation I have in my sclera. The pigmentation is only where the sclera is exposed, where its hidden behind the lids its white. I'm wondering if the MMC (Mitomicyn C) drops would help in getting rid of this horrid pigmentation. Or the only way out of this would be eye brightening surgery? PLEASE HELP!!

Doc this is not normal pigmentation found in Africans, although I am african. My eyes were always white until the end of the 2009 year, where I began to experience increased pigmentation in the exposed parts of my sclera. Its also been getting darker to the point that my eyes appear dark brown now...
