Bumps on upper and lower eyelid

Here is a photo of my left eye. Approximately six months ago bump #1 started forming and has slowly grown to its current size although it seems to shrink at times and then enlarge again.  The bump is not painful but itches on occasion.  Bump #2 has the same characteristics as bump #1 and started forming approximately 2 weeks ago. Bump #3 is still subdermal and started forming a few days ago.  I had a similar bump to #3 on the right eye however it has disappeared after a few days and never got very big.  After reading a few of the posts here I am guessing that this is blepharitis?  I cannot afford to see a physician due to lack of health insurance coverage so any insight and recommendation here would be appreciated.  Thank you and kind regards.

The bumps appear to be chalazions. Use the search feature,and archives to read about. You can try warm compresses and get over the counter lid cleaner TheraTears Sterilid or Occusoft Foam eyelid cleaner. Use nightly when you shower or bathe.
