Busted blood vessel in my eye

I was punched in the face the other night(friday) and now its sunday.At first it was just swollen on my nose and a little bit below my eye and did not hurt at all. When i look down with my eye it hurts a bit and it looks like theres a busted blood vessel inside my eye.  toiday it looks like it got bigger and is very very close to the iris and i want to know if there is any cause for alarm or will this just go away. I can see perfect and my eye isnt shut at all.

First a good bit of advise. Stay out of fights. There are no winners from fist fights and they often degenerate into something more deadly.

You have probably looked at broken blood vessels on the outside of the eye. Problem is that fighting can cause bleeding in the eye which can be very serious or can cause a detached retina later.

You should have your eyes examined by an MD eye physician (Ophthalmologist) to make sure no peermanent damage was done.
