Can +0.50 eye number be cured naturally? and is it serious?

I went to see an ophthalmologist today and in my prescription he wrote:

Distance: R: +0.50(SPH)
L: +0.50(SPH)

He told me I needed glasses for the computer, t.v and while reading but he said that the problem is minor. i want to how much time will it take to cure my number and are there any exercises and natural remedies to do so..

P.S: i started noticing blurred vision in my right eye due to dust allergies in my eyes. that is when i consulted with the doctor. as compared to the right eye, the vision in the left eye is clear. but still the number has been given for both the eyes.

No,  hyperopia tends to get worse as you age.
