If your problem is convergence insufficiency then you could try reading glasses that have reading add like +1.00 diopter so your eye doesn't have to focus so much and base in prism so they don't have to converge so much. It has been helpful to some of my patients.
That is a very vague question but if you mean do prism glasses help reading. ANSWER: only people with very symptomatic convergence insufficiency; they rarely are necessary and usually blur distance vision.
