Can shaking one's head and self induced jerks to neck cause retinal damage ?

Sir,

This is a follow up question to the eye issues I had in the past. Here is the link if it helps

http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Eye-Care/Retinal-tear-possibility-from-back-of-f-head-banging-against-car-doorframe/show/2988124#post_14222304

Last evening I was applying lubricant eye drops into my eyes. The drop fell a little before I anticipated and that startled me. This led to my shaking the head strongly.

Could this have caused retinal damage ?

Thanks

Thanks Sir, so shaking the head with some force can not lead to retinal tear ?
You do not need to ask the question twice the answer won't change
I was going through the forum and read in one of your earlier posts that activities that jerk the head violently back and fourth should be avoided, hence a little concerned.
I said violent contact sports like American football and head whipping amusement park rides.
Thanks Sir.

Sir, one last follow up question.

Given my retina tear history, can I carry mild weights like grocery bags ( around 5-10 kg ) and climb stairs and do such similar daily stuff ?
I will not answer any more of these questions. You need to ask your personal eye MD.
