Within the last week, i have developed difficulty fully opening my left eye. meaning i have to strain to keep it open and it doesn't open as widely as my right eye. i speculated that it was because of stress or lack of sleep, but it doesn't seem to have improved. can anyone help?
A droopy lid that won't open completely (ptosis) that develops suddenly can be due to serious neurologic disease. You should see an Eye MD ophthalmologist this coming week. Call Monday. FInd an Eye MD at www.aao.org
Take in some old pictures full face to show that your lids were up and even in the past.
