Cataract Surgery - How Long before I see well ?

I am 70 yr old male with sight in only one eye, I opted to have cataract removal using the LENSX laser and the Akreos AO060 momofocal IOL +14 D. It has been 10 days since the surgery and  my vision improved each of the 1st several days enough to drive on the 3rd day following surgery. But since there has been no improvement and possibly a little worsening. I saw the surgeon on Day 6 and he said everything looks good and everything would be fine. But to be honest my expectations were for better sight by this time. Things just aren't clear or sharp at any distance. I use drops prednisolone, Ketorolac, Timolil. Should I be worried ??

I have a brown spot in my right eye it's on the sclera. It has gotten bigger over the past years. I've been told that.. It can't be removed :/
It made me sad becuse I really want it out ..
Is there some kind of material that can be used to cover it by a specialist or optholomogist? I'm pretty sure it is because someone told me about it . Like how some people have stains and brown spots the "material?" I don't know If I'm using the correct term covers it & it looks like a regular eye PLEASE HELP !

You might have a residual refractive error, fluctuation due to healing, or cme.  You need to consult your surgeon
