Cavernous Hemangioma

Cavernous Hemangioma

I have been diagnosed with a Cavernous Hemangioma with a differential diagnosis including Schwannoma and optic nerve meningiaoma. The lesion is located "inferomedial to and inseparable from the left optic nerve, the optic nerve is deviated superiorly and laterally." In this statement does Inseparable mean the optic nerve is included or passes thru the lesion or that on the MRI with and without contrast the radiologist could not distinguish (due to angle or resolution) a separation between the two?

Thank you for your help

Gary
