Change in Prescription

My last eye prescription was
OD  -7.5  -75 90
OS -5.75  -75  90
(NV  2.5)

The one I received today is:
OD  -7.25  -50  90
OS -4.5  -1.25 87  ** Why the -1.25 now?
(NV 2.75)

The glasses I have are just fine, except for the NV slight change. If I get new
glasses does the possibility exist I may not see as well with them?

Right eye no change to speak of. Left eye less myopic. Unusual but can happen.  Any time you buy new glasses there is some possiblity you will not like as well as old RX or see as well as old RX
