Changing IOL's after YAG

Changing IOL's after YAG

I had RK 14 years ago and then cataracts.  The implants were underpowered and now I am approx +6.00  -2.50 refraction.   I have check on Lasik and changing the IOL's.  I like the idea of changing the IOL's, but know this is more risky.  I am 50 years old and would like to have the best distance vision possible, but don't want any additional problems caused by lasik  ( irregular astigmism etc).  I realize Lasik would be needed later to get risk of my astigmism. I would like to have a professional opinion.

You are the only one that can decide if the risks (infection, bleeding, inflammation in the eye, IOL power problems, retina detachment, etc is worth taking to correct your present situation.
