Child has grey patches on sclera

Hello,

I noticed today that my 4 year old daughter has a couple of patches of grey on the whites of her left eye.  They are quite distinct little grey patches on the sclera, one below the iris, you have to pull the eyelid down to see it ( we were making scary monster faces ) and one smaller to the side.  They are probably a few mms squared

I would appreciate any advice as to what these could be.

Kind regards :)

It is probably normal.  The sclera can be thin and the choroid (which very dark grey to black) is seen through the sclera.  Ask your pediatrician to look at it at her next general exam.
