What is the incidence of colon cancer and what other issues are involved in having pices chrps in both eyes with no history of colon cancer?

Congenital Hypertrophy of the Retinal Pigment  is what the CHRPE acronym stands for....I am not sure what the E is for.  Mine are in both eyes and shaped like fish.  I have a colonoscopy scheduled and no history of colon cancer in my family and wonder if the chrpe's mean anything else.
