Ciuld serious retina bleeding be treated?

I am Chinese. My both eyes have PCV. The left eye had Lucentise injection three times. .The right eye had Lucentise injection twice. Before the injections the right eye retina had bleeding, and had vitrectomy operation. 30 April 2017, the bleeding completely blocked the right eye vision.

My questions are:

Is there any medical therapy with which my right eye could restore any vision? I know little about  vitrectomy and retinotomy which may related with retina bleeding treatment.

If any therapy is available, is it a complicated or common operation?

How should I find a proper doctor in the USA?

How much may the operation cost?

Thank you very much.

If by PCV you mean: Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy  I have no experience with that disease so I cannot comment or offer useful information. Sorry and best of luck.

The ultrasonic diagnosis of my right eye : subretinal Hemorrhage
Lucentis is a VEGF inhibitor and is used for diseases where bleeding is caused by abnormal, tiny "new vessels" (neovascularization)  So there is a wide spectrum of diseases. "Wet" or exudative age related macular degeneration is the most common use of the medication. Sorry I can't tell you more but I've never seen case of PCV.
Thank you the same!
Best of luck
