This is a common problem for people who sleep under fans, sleep with CPAP machines for sleep apnea, have dry eyes, have had eyelid surgery.     The treatment is turn off the fan, humidify the bedroom and put a lubricating gel in both eyes at bedtime (e.g. Genteal gel, Refresh Liquigel,  Refresh PM)   On awakening put in a set of regular eye drops (e.g. Systane, Soothe, Blink, etc)

Could this be due to eye allergies or infection I went to a eye dr who gave me exocin eye drops saying it is due to infection.could it be of corneal causes what are the chances for that
Well you certainly omitted a lot of pertinent information.  Allergies like hayfever no they get worse as day goes on. If you are still on the antibiotic or still have the infection yes.  In that case you would need to see the eye doctor to see if the infection has cleared up.  Usually if that is the problem when the person awakes there is a lot of matter and pus in the eyes.
