Commotio Retinae

I have posted several questions after a trauma to the eye one month ago. Last visited, doctors found two small bruise on my retina. So is this commotio retinae? My gray spot in the center of my vision is slowly fading away but my biggest concern is that will commotio retinae resolve on its own and does it lead to other disease? Also, does my chances of getting a retinal detachment decreases because no tears are found after a month.

You have posted the same questions many times.  What does your doctor say.  I have not seen your retina.
