Concerned about child's eyes

My 4 yr old started having excessive allergies 2 weeks ago. Her eyes turned all red and puffy with bumps all around. We gave her regular over the counter Visine-A and Clear Eyes (plain) and doctor also gave us 3 different eye dops.
She was also on Zyrtec (2 tsp a day!!!). Now she off all medicine because they were not helping so I stopped them, and I notice some brown lines under her Iris and a slight blueish line where the brown lines and the black part of the Iris meet. I am taking her to the doctor but what could it be?
