Confuses??

Confuses??

I have a 7 year history of pulsatile tinnitis in both ears, and even longer history of headaches, some of which are migraines but not all. At a recent yearly eye visit, my eye doc told me i had papilledema and wanted me to see a neuro-ophthalmologist, i saw the specialist and he said he thinks maybe i have pseudo papilledema or optic disc drusen, because he saw the elevated optic nerve and inflammation but no fluid collection, so he sent me for an eyeball ultrasound, saying that they will show the drusen/crystals? and that would rule all else (ie, tumor, infection, etc.) out. but if it didn't show the drusen then i would need spinal tap, mri or ct scan.   I had the U/S yesterday and the tech said that IF there were drusen there, there wasn't much. so is this a good sign or bad? she said she would forward the pics to my specialist and get my results @ my next appt. which is almost 8 wks away.  should I worry?   I am an overweight female in my 30's, post hysterectomy, but have lost 35 lbs in the past year?  please help put my mind @ ease.
