Conjunctivitis nd eye color?

Could eye infections/diseases like conjuctivites ect cause depigmentation or hyperpigmentation (loss or chnge in eye color) in he iris?

Conjunctivitis does not change iris color (the colored portion of the eye).  There are other eye conditions where iris color change can occur, some of which cause redness of the white part of the eye, which may make the patient think it is conjunctivitis.  Schedule an exam with an ophthalmologist to determine the cause.
