Considering Restor Lens implants in a month

I have read all the negative results from many similar procedures.  Is there anyone out there with some positive feedback.  My thoughts are that over the past few years, there must be some improvement in technique or else some of these supply companies are facing serious law suits.

Here's a nonprofessional opinion:  The people who are happiest with ReStor seem to have the following--absolutely no astigmatism, small pupils, and a surgeon who is very experienced with this lens.  In addition, their positive satisfaction rating may be dependent on the absence of future retinal problems.  Have you considered the Crystalens?  It's not problem-free, but it might be a better bet than ReStor.  (I suspect that sales of ReStor are on the decline.)

Since the advent of the new Crystalens HD, the new ReStor +3 and the aspheric Tecnis multifocal there are far fewer complaints on these websites. Also surgeons are now much more experienced.

I have started my own campaign to get ReZoom off the market as I feel its old technology and besides the company that makes it also makes the great Technis IOL
