Constant blurry/foggy vision in one eye

Constant blurry/foggy vision in one eye

About 4 days ago I noticed a slight blurriness/fogginess in my right eye. When I awoke the next morning I could barely see out of my right eye and as the day progressed I developed a headache in my right temple, I have had these symptoms ever since. Also in different lighting I can see better, for example I can see much better in a regularly lit room than a dim room or fluorescents. Prior to the blurry/foggy vision I had been making quite a few necklaces and bracelets with very small beads, I don't know if that's related. I went to the Optometrist yesterday, and he said my eyes are perfect but my right eye had slightly more pressure than my left... R-22  L-19. He told me to check my blood pressure and blood sugar. My BP was 161/76 and my blood sugar was perfect. Could my blood pressure be the cause? If not what is? What should I do?

You need to see an EyeMD, an ophthalmologist.  Some of your symptoms can be related to a serious condition.  Your blood pressure needs to be rechecked.
