Constant eye flashes for about 2 months.

Hello, I'm age 23 and have always had good vision and no eye problems in the past.
Its been about 2 months now since I started experiencing ongoing eye flashes. This paired with a steady increase in floaters. The flashes are worse than ever and are now accompanied with fuzzy vision and constant headaches
every day for about a week now. Where before the headaches were every now and then.

I've been to a doctor who dilated and examined my eyes, only to find nothing was wrong. No RD, or anything like that. He said my eyes was good and the floaters are normal and the flashes should go away in a few weeks. I'd love to relax and just wait for them to fade away. But I'm reaching the 2 month mark and the flashes are getting worse. I'm quite concerned

The floaters I can deal with (as disturbing as they are), as I mostly only see them when I'm outside in sunlight. But the flashes are with me 24/7, and they are driving me mad. Combined with the constant headaches and fuzzy vision, I'm getting really desperate for some source of hope that everything will turn out ok.

If anyone has any advice for me, I would be highly appreciative of any helpful response. What could be causing this? What should I be doing to fix this? Should I seek further medical attention? Could using my computer for long periods every day be a cause?

*Additional Notes*
The flashes take up my entire vision, and usually looks like a swirling vortex.
The headache pain usually feel like its in the back of my head(near the neck),
the side of my head (near the right ear), and mostly around or in my eyes.
Also my left eye is more fuzzy than my right.
