Constant floaters at 15

Hello, so a few months ago I noticed I had these flashes in my eye sight. I looked it up and heard about retinal detachment and went to the eye doctor to get proper care. They said my eyes looked pretty good for being near sighted. I used to have an occasional floater, and now it seems I never don't see one. It seems as though there is a build up because when I look up 5 or 6 float up into my eye sight and it really scares and bugs me. Everyone says floaters are for the elderly, but I'm having a lot. My doctor also said to check in every year or so.. I don't want to constantly ask my parents to take me for another appointment as we just don't have the money. I'm really worried and annoyed because of how many there are. Is there anything to help? Or am I stuck for life with all of these floaters?

You pretty much are stuck with them. About 10-15% of myopic people ages 10-20 have floaters.   Flashes of light however are not normal and if you are having flashes than I would suggest a follow up eye exam by a retina Eye MD ophthalmologist.

This happened to me and my doctor said there's nothing   wrong  I constantly see flashes in both eyes and I visted an optometrist and she examined  everything including my retina and said my eyes are healthy so what's happening what do I do
