Consultation regarding experience of floaters after a head injury.(eye)

I am a 22 year old male and am having severe myopia. I am also a suspect glaucoma patient. Few months back i received a head injury which now is fine. I have also undergone a C.T. scan which is normal.
Few weeks after the trauma i started experiencing floaters and haziness. I consulted eye specialists ans they detected certain weak areas(lattices) in my retina. They advised me to follow a wait and watch policy and did not recommend any immediate laser therapy. But since there has been no scars or tear in the retina then what is the cause of these floaters and haziness. Is they because of any damage to the nerves due to the head injury which was not a major one? Is these can be related to he head injury.I sometimes also experience pains around the eye ball on eye movement. I am experiencing these problem and want to know how to get rid of them.

Research "posterior vitreous detachment" which is probably what happened when you had the head injury.  PVD is not related to the head injury per se but rather to the sudden jolting to the eyes when the head was hit.
