Contact recommendations for dry eyes

Ok I have tried so many contacts now and I have found some that really work for my dry eyes and now they no longer make them in my perscription. I use to be able to wear contacts all day and everyday but after I had my son I guess my eyes changed.

The thicker the contact lens and the less water content is best for me.  Can anyone recommend contacts for me that fit this decription?

A few low water contact brands are Focus Night & Day, Acuvue Advance, Acuvue Oasays, Purevision.  It might help if you found a very knowledgeable optometrist.

I just read about another great alternative currently available in the UK only:  1-Day Acuvue True (made of silicone hyrdrogel).  They're supposed to be available here in the USA soon.

Have you tried Acuvue Oasys?  It's made from silicone hydrogel (little water contact) and is a relatively rigid soft contact lens.  You might also treat your dry eye by getting punctal plugs, using Restasis, using humidifier in home.
