About 15 years ago, I developed an ulcer on my cornea which resulted in a permanent scar. Though my vision can be corrected to 20/40 in that eye, I still experience distortion especially at night when looking at lights. (Lights tend to "flare out" in the shape of my scar) With all the

It is very possible that this could be addressed with a laser to reshape the surface of the eye. I would recommend you see a

Corneal ulcers and infections specialist who is experienced in this area. It will depend on the depth and size of the scar.
