Cornea transplant DSEK vs Full Thickness

Hello

Post catract, have developed corneal edema. As per doctor's suggestion, surgery recommended was combined retina surgery and corneal transplant. We preferred dseak but doctor is suggesting full thickness since clear cornea is needed for retina surgery.

1 ) Is good eye pressure a must for corneal tranplant recovery ?
2 ) Can't DSEAL be done first to resove cornea issue and then perform surgey to resolve eye pressure ?

Can someone help me with the question ?

After a cataract surgery developed corneal edema. Further scns revelaed flat macula, anterior traction with possible choroidal detachments. Eye prsueer is low at 5. Surgery solution is full tranplant , goniosynechialysis , virecttomy and dissection of tractional membrane.

Can this be done only with full transplant ? Is it possible to do a DSEAk furst and retinal surgery as a follow up later after cornea claring up ?

I do not understand your problem.  What type of retinal surgery is planned?  Eye pressure is treated with glaucoma surgery.
