Corneal Injury

Dear sir,
My I have got irregular cornea, i.e. it is not smoothly curved. It happened because of putting chemical in the eyes 8 years back, since that I have seeing rainbows and halos in the night, when looking at bulbs and street lights. Recently I have been  conducted all the eye tests from an ophthalmologist. He said nothing happened to your eyes. Your eyes are ok. He gave me Lubricated eye drop ---- " JUST TEAR ELD "
Composition :
Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium                                        I.P. 0.5% w\v
Stabilized Oxychloro Complex (As preservative)                  NF 0.0001 ml
Water for injection                                                            IP q.s.

to use 3 to 4 times a day....But I have not used this drop so far, I need your suggestion....
Does this drop make complete heal of the cornea looking from halos ?
Please help...

The tears make the surface smoother.  It does not cure the cornea.
