Cosmetic eye surgery

I was wondering if there were any procedures/operations to widen 'close set eyes'?

Short answer would be "no". Long answer is that in some infants and children with severe facial and orbital deformities a few select teams around the world of neurosurgeons-ophthalmologists-ENT  can do huge procedures to move the eyes closer or further apart.

For an adult for cosmetic reasons it is almost never done.
