Crystalens or Acysoft Toric Implant

I currently have an Array Multifocal which has provided great vision but halos and starbursts. I have an upcoming cataract surgery with the decision of having the acysoft  toric or the crystalens implants.  I am nearsighted and an astigmatism of - 11. I am only 49 and do not want to compromise on the intermediate vision. My question: does the crystalens have a significant success rate with patients with moderate to high nearsightedness? I am willing to wear a contact post surgically if needed, to corrrect the astigmatism. What would be any other viable options?
Feedback is appreciated.
Thanks,
Nancy

I had myopia of about -5 with another -4 of astigmatism. I got two Crystalens HD's, with LRI's, and am happy with the outcome. Generally LRI's are best with less astigmatism (2 or less).

Get multiple opinions, go in with reasonable expectations, and hope for the best.

Assuming that the Crystalens comes in the power that you need, your problem will be your astigmatism.  You need a plan (limbal relaxing incisions? post-surgery LASIK or PRK?) for reducing/eliminating your astigmatism.  Paying for a "premium" lens with the plan of full-time contact lens wear makes little sense to me.  What will you do if you become contact lens intolerant?  (BTW, the number you posted is not your astigmatism correction.)

If your vision with your Array eye is satisfactory at all distances, then a monofocal toric IOL might be a good choice if you have significant astigmatism.

In your place, I'd consult two or three surgeons who are very experienced with both the Crystalens and the Acrysof toric.  I think that their feedback will be very valuable to you.
