Decision finally made

by Capes55, Jul 31, 2008 04:39PM
I'm the 53 year male high myope with the posterior subcapsular cataract.

I'll be having cataract surgery next Wednesday Aug. 6

I chose the board certified Md.  He's going to use the 3 piece IOl with a power of +4.5.

His target result is -.5

Hopefully I've mad the right decision.  I've been anguishing over this long enough.

Thank you all who have provided excellent counsel for me over the lastseveral months.

Please keep me in your prayers.

I'll let you know how I make out next week, but I expect it to go well.

Thank you again

I anticipate that all will go very well, too.  Best wishes--am looking forward to hearing about your great results.

You've done everything you can do to maximize the chance of an excellent result. Good luck.
