Difference between reading glasses and computer glasses

Is the only real difference between computer glasses and reading glasses the power of the lens? I know there is other stuff like lens tins and anti reflective coating but I wanted to know what the accommodative difference was. I haven't seen any reading glasses at the store that were under +1.00 but I noticed that computer glasses usually come in three powers +.25, +.50, and +.75. I'm guessing these powers bring the intermediate zone of vision into clear focus?

No reading glasses and computer glasses are not the same thing. reading glasses have one RX and that is adjusted at reading distance usually about 18 -20 inches.  Computer glasses may have one or two RX on them. If one it is set for the distance of the computer monitor, if two then the top for the computer and the bottom for reading.
