Dilated Pupils

I have been taking Venlafaxine for a month and since starting my pupils have been dilated and I have blurred vision. My pupils do not react to changes in light. I also have accompanying headaches. I am wondering if there are any long term effects on my eyes associated with dilated pupils over an extended period of time?

Dilated pupils is not listed as a side effect of Venlafaxine. It could be a 'idiosyncratic' reaction unique to your body and biochemistry. If the medication is extremely helpful and you can live with the large pupils I don't think you need worry about long term complications. If it really bugs you discuss with the physicians that prescribed it to get a different type.
