When Ever I had a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack I would be shaky and scared of having a heart attack or dying. It gradualy slowed down and it was getting better. Now when I get anxious I start to get light headed and feel like I am going to faint. My doctor says it's normalNormal saline flush with panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attacks and anxiaty. My psycologist thinks that I am getting better but maybe before I did not experience dizziness and now I do. I am going to get a Eletro Encephelogram done to see if my brain is working properly. I am also taking PROPONOLOLOL to keep my heart rate down when Ever I get a panicPanic disorder Panic disorder with agoraphobia attack or feel anxious. I am also going to start taking some Natural Supplements to see it that will help with my levels of seretonan. What do you think I should do? or take.

I was also told to take LEXAPRO 10mg but I am affraid of the SIDE EFFECTS.

you should take Lexapro for panic attacks, I've been taking it for a few years now and they don't bother me, it has the least side effects of any medication for panic attacks and they are really small too just in case people have trouble swallowing them.
