Do I need to go in?

Do I need to go in?

I started Monday with a horrible dull headache.  I have taken Advil, asparin (aspirin), aleve, sudafed, theraflu, and today benadryl -   A co-worker said it sounded like a sinus headache so i tried the sudafed.  Yesterday, Friday, I felt the headache move from my right temple down behind my right eye.  I no longer have the headache, but the vision in my right eye is blurry.  Feels like pressure behind my right eye and a bit into the bridge of my nose.  I have been breathing fine all week.  I didn't /don't have a runny nose, chest congestion,  sneezing,  sore throat.  I have never had sinus problems before and I haven't moved.  I haven't used any different perfume or washing detergent.  The blurriness has not gone away at all, not for one second, since it started.  When i close my clear eye it kind of looks like there is a blind spot in my right eye.  Like right now, looking at me typing - the middle is white and I can just see the black text around it, but cant make out the words (and i have my glasses on). I do normally wear contact lenses and my eyes have not been watery, no excess cold in them when i woke up.

Today is Saturday so you are way overdue to see an ophthalmologist.  It sounds like you have a significant problem.  Anytime a patient has pain and loss of vision, I consider it an emergency and insist the patient is seen right away.  Good Luck.  Call a local ophthalmologist or find one at aao.org or if you can't find one to see you right away then go to the local emergency room.
