Do floaters get bigger?

I've had floaters in both eyes for almost 2 months now.  I've noticed they have gotten bigger or maybe they are just more noticeable.  I've also noticed they float more around my eyes now.  At first they were hiding at one corner, on the left eye it was on the left corner and on the right eye it was on the right corner.  The floaters on the left eye move quickly with the eye movements and are more towards the center of my view now.  The ones on my right eye are more noticeable some days then other days.  I was wondering if floaters grow in size and if they ever settle at a point where they aren't as visible.  I'm healthy and in my early 20s.

The floaters usually become less noticeable with time.  I would recommend that you obtain an eye examination by an eyeMD if you notice a sudden change in your floaters as floaters may be associated with retinal tears.
