Doc., Please HLEP!!!... Questions about IOL Lenses

I had left eye IOL with Alcon Len to remove early stage of cataracts. I am 40 years old. Next week I have to have IOL for the right eye. Complications I am having with my left eye are loss of sight, occasional sharp pain in the left eye, can’t read with left eye and vision is little blurry.I was also diagnosed with diabetics earlier this year.

Next week I am having my right eye done. I am not sure if I should if my body is rejecting the Alcon lens. Should go with different type of Lens such as Restor or crystalens.

Please advice. Many thanks in advance

Here's my advice. Don't have surgery on the second eye till you're happy with the first eye. If you can't get answers why your vision is blurry get a second opinion on the first eye.
