Does my husband have aspergers or is it this arachnoid cyst?

Recently our eye dr. recommended my husband get an mri (attached as profile pic) for some double vision issues. the results were as follows:
There is a well circumscribed fluid signal intensity in the left middle cranial fossa with mild mass effect on the anterior temporal lobe, typical of an arachnoid cyst measuring 4.3 X3.3 cm in the axial plane. There is no abnormal in the left temporal lobe and is likely a long standing cyst. There are a few scattered foci of FLAIR and T@ hyperintensity in the periventricular and subcortical white matte, likely incidental gliosis ord/or chronic ischemi change. No restricted diffusion to suggest infarct.
His actions/ personality are leading me to think he may have asperger syndrome and I am struggling to learn if and how to deal with him. Can this condition be the cause?
