Don't no whats wrong with my eyes?

i know when i blink for example i have to blink my eyes manually, it does not blink automatically and my brain and hands feel shaky. when i talk to someone, i cant have a conversation because my i need to blink my eyes manually.

I'm not sure what to say.  You could have a medication side effect or maybe thyroid eye disease or some other neurologic condition.  I suggest you see an ophthalmologist for starters then possibly a neuro-ophthalmologist.  What I more often see is people that cannot control excessive blinking (blepharospasm.)  I would definitely want to rule out thryoid disease or parkinsons disease in your case.
