Dot in vision

hello

I see dots on white or dark surface from childhood. Eye checkups are normal.
I was rreferring internet and got to know abt visual snow. But in my case these dots are visible only on light or dark surface in low light preferably,

Wht could be this ?

This is normal. It is called blue field entoptic phenomenon,

Doctor but why is there so much fuss about it on internet;
people have named it visual snow if you see on internet.
