About 10 years ago I had a brain tumor removed. If left me with doubleDouble-tussin dm vision and a minor balance problem. Not long after the surgery I had two eyes surgeries to try and correctCorrect (new formula) the doubleDouble-tussin dm vision. My eyes look normalNormal saline flush to everyone else now and the images are closer together but, my eyes still don't work together. The surgeon told me my eyes would be impossible to fix. I have been able to do everything a person with normalNormal saline flush vision has. In the past two year I have been typing/reading on the computer at schoolPreschooler development Preschooler test Preschooler test or procedure preparation School age child development School age test or procedure preparation School-age children development and the double vision is REALLY bugging me. The career that I want to go into also will require me to be on the computer a lot. I don't want to be worse at my job because of this. It was almost 10 years ago when they told they couldn't fix my vision and I was hoping maybe now there would be a way. If anyone could knows of anything let me know. Also, my first surgeries were done at Childerns in Cincinnati and I know they really know what they are doing and I would love for them to help me again the thing is im 22 now. Not considered a child anymore.
I would call Children's and ask if they see adults for eye muscle problems (strabismus) some do. If they don't ask if they will suggest a Eye MD strabismus specialist possiblly even someone they trained since most pediatric ophthalmologists see adults.
