Dr Richard Hertle Contact Info

Does anyone know where Dr Richard Hertle works now?  I just called the UPMC (Pittsburgh, PA) and was told that Dr. Hertle has left the practice.  The center has no forwarding contact info for Dr Hertle.  Thank you for your help.

Update:(08/04/10): The following was recently posted on the ANN mailing list:
Dr. Hertle's office in Ohio will start accepting appointments(for checkup only, no surgery yet) starting September 27, 2010.
His office is still in negotiations for insurance, so they can only accept Medicaid, Medicare, and CASH only.
